This programme is delivered by our physiotherapists Martin, Zara or Howard.

The programme is for club GAA players. Mainly focusing on both major muscle groups and indeed the smaller stabilising ones too.

The class is a strength and conditioning GAA specific session.

Do you have a foam roller but not sure how to maximise the use of it for injury prevention?

Perhaps you work popular areas such as the quadriceps, ilio-tibial band (ITB) and calves but would like to know how to target your other problem areas. This class will include education and practical drills with the foam roller.
