Strength and Conditioning Classes
The programme is particularly geared to runners/triathletes yet open to all ages and abilities. Mainly focusing on both major muscle groups and indeed the smaller stabilising ones too. The class is a strength and coniditioning based session, it is a tough but rewarding work out.
Perhaps you work popular areas such as the quadriceps, ilio-tibial band (ITB) and calves but would like to know how to target your other problem areas. This class will include education and practical drills with the foam roller.
